My daughters visited this business for the youngest 18th birthday to get her ear cart-ledge pierced. I was very disappointed to hear employees were very rude and unprofessional. A night of birthday celebration was ruined by rude employees. Thank goodness a competitor was kind and helpful. Young adults should not be taken advantage of or rudely refused service. Parents be aware, no referral from this mom!

I was pierced yesterday by Henry and it was great. He did a great job and helped calm the nerves. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This place exceeded my expectations. Great customer service all around. The wait was a little long tonight, so I observed the different customers coming in and out. I must say the way they handled people (even the difficult ones) couldn’t have been any better. They were patient, understanding and explained things clearly.
