Thank you again for yet another amazing piercing experience. You guys are the ONLY ones I'll go to. This (my septum) was my 3rd piercing done by you guys, and it doesn't matter the piercer, you are all super professional. I had my lip and bridge done here also...and any time someone needs something pierced, you guys are who I recommend. Earlier when I got my septum done, I noticed it was crooked. From the front door to the piercing room the experience was TOP NOTCH. Prices are great, jewellery selection is beautiful and the staff is super efficient and kind. The artist, Shane, was gentle and explained the process super well. I wish I'd done this so much sooner!
I've gotten all six of my piercings done here and obviously I keep going back to them for a reason. They're knowledgeable and they won't sell you something that you don't need. Went in yesterday to get my conch pierced and I asked for a ring and the girl informed me a ring would take much longer to heal, and the other gentleman working also said it wouldn't be a good idea. I trust them, their honesty, professionalism, and skill. Will go to them every single time I have the option to.

Brought my 14 year-old daughter in to have her ears pierced since we had a bad mall experience several years back. The front counter staff was very helpful, the lady who did the piercing was amazing, and the place was immaculately clean. Just say no to piercing guns at the mall, and get your kids’ ears done the right way by the professionals at 23sbp.
Super awesome service, tonight I just got my industrial pierced and my girlfriend got her tragus piercing done by Francisco De Leon. Francisco have a really really good hands �Highly recommend him.
