This establishment is very organized, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and really seemed to care about making sure that each customer can enjoy their piercings long-term (my nostril piercing was fairly simple and straightforward, but I overheard one of the employees offering advice to someone who wanted to get an industrial done in a way that may not work out down the line), they offered aftercare to everyone and had a video running in the waiting area/lobby that gave specific in... read more

Very nice, clean shop. First piercing other than ears, and I love it! I got a tiny stud in my nostril. I got Shane and he was great. Helped calm my nerves, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Very clean and sanitary environment.
My daughter and I went yesterday and had a great experience here, everyone was so helpful and nice. We will definitely be going back. Great prices and extremely clean.
My sister and I drove from Arkansas to 23rd because of its glowing reputation and they lived up to it in absolutely every way! Our piercer, Carrie, was unbelievably fabulous. She was extremely professional while still being warm, welcoming, and kind which put our nervousness to ease as we were getting a very sensitive area pierced.
