After seeing wicked at the BJCC I was unable to exit the parking deck as the sensors could not detect my vehicle. The number I tried to call, which the screen said to call if I couldn't get out, told me to press a call button that doesn't exist. To top it off, the one employee in the office next to the exit simply said he couldn't do anything. This needs to be better.
