I lived here while I finished grad school at Georgetown & am very glad I did, regardless of some cons. Pros: It is really convenient to the metro bus & GUTS bus, CVS, Whole Foods, TJs, etc. Safe with the added doors/keys, a nice courtyard, just added a gym, & redid the lobby into a study space. There is in unit W/D & central heat/AC which I really wanted. This didn’t apply to me, but it is also pet friendly which is rare. Great location and nice apartments
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment building! I love the location and amenities including W/D in my apartment, parking and Kamrin, the Assistant Property Manager is Awesome!
Very satisfied with this building and my apartment. Kamrin, the property manager has been helpful since day one and one of the reason I chose this building. Ideally located in safe and quiet area, the appliances are recent and everything is of good quality.
