I had mice in my apartment that they ignored for a week to fix, they allow smoking so my hallway/ front of my apt smells like smoke, all treadmills have been broken for the past 2 months, management lies and is rude. definitely not worth 2k/month
This apartment is lovely and great location. Im giving two stars as I’m currently living here and was never told tenants are allowed to smoke cigarettes even though my lease states smoking is prohibited. My apartment is engulfed with cigarette smoke and I have asthma. It’s awful and effecting my everyday living. Not to mention it’s embarrassing so have guests come over and subjecting them to breathing secondhand smoke. I’m trying to work with property management however it is not being addressed.
