Worst experience I've ever had with a concierge team, especially Carla Thomas. Carla, the Concierge Manager, is completely unfit for her role. She was rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive from the moment we raised a concern. When we told her several of our packages were missing, packages that had been delivered to the front desk, she immediately got defensive and started yelling at us. I moved into 22 West a year ago and it was the best decision. The building is lovely and the staff are amazing. Ellena the GM is fantastic and Carla (director of concierge) & all of her staff are superb. Can’t recommend the building enough!
It's a very nice upscale condominium right in downtown.
