they suck they towed my car and my sons in one night and I had a parking permit
BEWARE! These folks WILL take advantage of you. Charge all sorts of extra fees because you’re in need and they know it. I’m pretty sure they only stay in business because they take advantage of the situation. No one in their right mind would pay double for a service another company could provide for a reasonable amount. If you’re independently wealthy and don’t care what they charge then these are the guys for you. However, if you’re like most people and need to watch your spending then call someone else.

These guys are the stupid tow cars that have the permit in the window they are rude if you have a apartment and plan to use them for towing dont they dont do thier job right patrol when they feel its convenient for them had cars in visitor lots for over a month then instead of towing the cars in the lot above they tow the resident cars with the permit in the window and they treat the residents like crap very unprofessional by far n when I call to make complaint thier management just hangs up on you so really no compromise to... read more
Towed my boyfriends car while it was parked in our apartment complex because his parking tag fell down, they still charged him $365 for the tow even after seeing the tag. They damaged his car in the process and now he can't get a response from the owner after sending pictures. Really terrible people!
