217 Inc. replaced my ac/furnace and most recently replaced my water heater and service line from the water main to my house. Great job all around, from the top down. Will be using them for any future needs!

217 was the most reasonably priced option for replacing our AC. They worked to get us in quickly for both the estimate and the replacement knowing we were without AC during a major heat wave. They seemed knowledgeable and thorough and worked with us on financing while still allowing us to get AC back in a timely manner.

The 217 Inc.'s response was fast, the technician went thoroughly with checking, explaining what to do for further maintaining, took time for every step, we were very pleased. Recommend 217 Inc. service. Do not remember the technician's name, it was on December 21, 2022.

217 was quick to respond and immediately investigated the issue. The technician (Drew) was a head of schedule and called to inquire if an earlier time would be ok. Drew was polite and responsive to the information I provided. One thing I particularly liked was after his assessment of the issue, he gave me feedback and options to move forward. Though I don’t have much experience in the price point or HVAC, I was not alarmed at the price. Very affordable. I recommend and will use this service again.

My central air unit went out and on the day I called them they were able to replace my old one the day I called. The temp was 93 degrees and they made sure that I got a new system in place so that I would be comfortable. And they were able to work with me to make sure I would be able.to pay for the.new system. I wouldn't call anyone else to take care of my heating and air conditioning needs. 217 is the company to call first if you need any help with your heating and air conditioning needs.
