217 was quick to respond and immediately investigated the issue. The technician (Drew) was a head of schedule and called to inquire if an earlier time would be ok. Drew was polite and responsive to the information I provided. One thing I particularly liked was after his assessment of the issue, he gave me feedback and options to move forward. Though I don’t have much experience in the price point or HVAC, I was not alarmed at the price. Very affordable. I recommend and will use this service again.

My central air unit went out and on the day I called them they were able to replace my old one the day I called. The temp was 93 degrees and they made sure that I got a new system in place so that I would be comfortable. And they were able to work with me to make sure I would be able.to pay for the.new system. I wouldn't call anyone else to take care of my heating and air conditioning needs. 217 is the company to call first if you need any help with your heating and air conditioning needs.

I've used them at least 4 times for various issues over the last 6 years and they have always been professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. We've had them out to fix our ac, give a quote for a new water heater, clean out our dryer vent, and see if we could make the 2nd floor colder.

Unprofessional company. I called them at 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning for help with my broken furnace and was promised a technician would contact me soon. At 12:00 I called them back and was promised the same thing. At 3:15 I again called back to ask them to just forget about it. The proved themselves to be uncaring and unprofessional.

I called them for the warranty service but they refuse it saying that warranty is based on the manufacturing date, not on the installation date. But this does not make sense because the company 217 Inc bought and installed the pump, not me. Also the plumber cut the pipe while checking the manufacturing date and did not reconnect the pipe and left without letting me know. I had to pay later to some other plumber to reconnect the pipe.
