The location of... (Verified Renter) The location of 215 West and the staff are great. The only reason I wouldn't recommend it would be the unreliable elevators.
Rent too big... (Verified Renter) Rent too big for comparable properties. Moved 4 blocks away into larger apt for 200 less per month building amenities, age, and quality similar.
I feel that... (Verified Renter) I feel that at night, the area becomes a bit quiet and can feel unsafe when walking around alone. But, I think the apartment is a great value and has a great location.
The apartment and... (Verified Renter) The apartment and amenities are incredible and fit my needs exactly. In addition, the leasing professional was very kind and knowledgable.
I wouldn't recommend... (Verified Renter) I wouldn't recommend 215 for someone with a pet. But if you don't have a pet - then you can't beat the view and the location.
A large concern... (Verified Renter) A large concern was the cost of energy bills, which was not something that was brought up when we originally leased it. I'm not sure if it was the windows or poor insulation, but we had abnormally large energy bills (up to $300) during the winter months.
Maintenance team is... (Verified Renter) Maintenance team is fantastic. Prompt, efficient, professional and effective. Tenya and Juan do a terrific job at the front desk.

Except for the... (Verified Renter) Except for the carpet, which we are cleaning a second time, and the cleaning I did upon move in, it is perfect. Maintenance came promptly and cleaned around the stove which was difficult and time consuming.
