Their floor plans are unique. I like that the location is convenient to all sorts of mass transportation, Giant Food Market & Trader Joe's. It is also close to the Parkway & all of the museums. Maranatha ✝️ Shalom ✡️
I have had a great experience living at 2130 Arch! The apartments are modern and spacious, and priced very well for Center City. It is walkable everywhere including Trader Joe's, the Comcast Center and Schyulkill Trails. This is a hidden gem!
This building is a disaster. While the apartments on the higher floors are recently remodeled and spacious, the property management is comically poor. >1 year of construction where residents living in the building have been treated as an after thought, almost daily fire alarms that nobody seems to know how to turn off and countless communication issues make living at PMC's 2130 Arch Street a daily challenge. It's a shame because the actual apartments are nice, but I would avoid living here.
