I've lived at 3 different student housing buildings in Eugene and Franklin is hands down the best. Great prices, staff and amenities. The only issue I have had is with maintenance staff entering the apartment almost weekly for a variety of random reasons.
Might be a great place, but they NEVER answer their phone and they NEVER return messages. I'm calling from out of town for information so am unable to stop by.
I love living here at 2125 Franklin. Beautiful apartments with spacious bedrooms AND bathrooms. Better than what I got at home for sure! And the staff is amazing! Always super helpful and actually take the time to take care of you and help you with anything that you need. Renewed my lease as soon as it came available & I plan on doing that for all 4 years. I truly don't think there is anywhere better to live on or off campus!
This apartment is amazing. It gives you the personal space of your own room and bathroom, but also a shared place I'm the kitchen and living room. I also love that it comes furnished which males moving that much easier! It was so great to move out into a brand new beautiful complex! I would recommend it to anyone.
I would like to say, it is a really amazing building and it has incredible comfort. ❤️
