Nice location, friendly staff, excellent amenities.
Terrible, inexperienced and unprofessional staff, poor management which they won't let you speak with. Unorganized and unfriendly, lost rental payments, bogus charges. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly, rent from this corrupt organization.
Do not live here. If there was a way to give 2125 Franklin zero stars, I would. The building is constructed very poorly and the management does not care about the residents' happiness. I was forced to live in a hotel for two months because the sprinklers in the apartment above mine malfunctioned. Before moving into the hotel, my roommate and I slept on our couch for an entire week because 2125 refused to give us one even though there were two huge dehumidifiers and fans running 24/7 for a week. The staff are really understanding and the apartments are all well furnished and with lots of room for clothes, food, and a bathroom for every individual. I love living here!
