This is emphatically not a good place to live. There are asbestos problems, chronic bedbug infestations, and a horrible board of directors. The hallways of some floors are stained with dog feces, and urine. It’s cheap, but Section 8 housing is better if that is your prime objective. 2101 is basically a nursing home that lacks professional management. Avoid.
Be wary of purchase, as building is not maintained.
