Wish I wasn't stuck here Between maintenance men not doing anything and the manager screwing us on rent, it's not going well here. I take care of my sick grandmother who can't move. Lone behold every year my rent gets higher and higher for a apartment that is almost to the point where it can't be lived in. They know we can't leave and she have been there for 15 years. Pheasant Run Great for starting out however there are many problems. Bed bugs have been recently reported, the patio storage doors need replaced, management is slow about processing papers, and maintenance is also slow.
My Personnel Experience Rent is cheap but the management is not good. Lady manager is there she don't care of resident problems.I please advice don't put on lease , First go month by month and if you like go for lease.

We strive to ensure that our residents are 100% satisfied and we are here seven days a week to listen and fix any issues that may arise.
Mixed emotions... We chose this community because it didn't fit in the typical Arizona cookie cutter mold of apartments. The vaulted ceilings in the upstairs units and the lowered floors in the lower level units were somewhat unique. This complex is older, but has some charming elements. Don't let the charm get the best of you. The maintenance here is a joke, at best. The units are horribly outdated and are in need of major repair.
