I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in this community several times over the past decade and a half. For most part my experience has been positive with a few exceptions but past is past.
It's a great... (Verified Renter) It's a great place. The people working were very nice and helpful. But the apartment is beautiful and unique, it's in a great area, the amenities are really nice and it would be our top pick to live there.
Enjoying my stay so far. Some of the older reviews have me wondering what this place used to be like, but apparently it's turned around quite a bit. While I do think its a bit pricey for what I was getting, I really like the aesthetic touches in the apartments which give it a more unique feel than other apartments I have lived in. Staff has been very friendly, and while quite a few things were not working optimally when we first moved in maintenance has always been very quick and friendly about fixing any problems. The community overall... (Verified Renter) The community overall was very nice, but I found as time went on the residents became less concerned about picking up after their pets.
The walls/ceilings are... (Verified Renter) The walls/ceilings are too thin. There are several pet owners that do not pick up after their dogs, leaving the common areas with excessive amounts of dog poop.
