I lived at 2100 Connecticut for almost 4 years and it was such an amazing experience. Lauren manages the building with such care and kindness and always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Ottilia cleans the building and is so incredible at her job and kind and wonderful. The maintenance staff - Abdul, Miguel, and Chi always take care of issues within hours and make sure you have all the help you could need. Without a doubt the best maintenance team and most responsive management office I have ever had. Every request I had was resolved in under 24 hours and in a friendly manner. I’d recommend any Bernstein building.
I’ve lived here for 2 years and absolutely adore this place! From the leasing office to the maintenance, they’ve all been wonderful kind people who genuinely care about us tenants. In addition to living in a beautiful neighborhood like Kalorama, the apartment complex makes everything great in terms of taking care of the needs as well as offering us tenants events from time to time. I would love living here and highly recommend people to live here! Shout out to Lauren and Abdul!!!
