Jay at 208 houses manages a single family home for me. In every category they exceed my expectation; their website is easy, they upload organized and professional owner packets, they charge reasonable prices. Jay has handled a few issues and even a couple of large repair projects and it went even smoother than I could have asked for. No pride in their jobs and it shows. Cold food couldnt even wrap a burrito correctly without it falling apart when opening the foil
208 houses is awesome. We had been struggling to find a good rental property; and when we'd find one we were interested in, no property management would find the time to let us tour it before applying. My husband and I contacted 208houses literally yesterday. Jay immediately set up a tour of the property for that day. Within 24 hours of touring and applying, we got accepted and our set of keys. They were super easy to contact and always available. I would recommend this company to anyone.
My boyfriend and I were nearing the end of our lease with our apartment complex and considering buying a house.
