Very unprofessional front desk staff this recent Wednesday night
I’ve been a resident of this building for over 5 years, and unfortunately, the experience has significantly declined over the years. Particular front desk security staff are consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite raising my concerns about Irvin multiple times, both building management and PMC corporate have failed to respond or take any meaningful action. Customer service continues to deteriorate while rent prices keep rising. I STRONGLY advise avoiding this building at all costs.

The worst apt have ever lived. The management company doesn’t work at all after noon of Friday even when I sent emergency maintenance request several times. The management company is incompetent unfortunately.
