The worst place where the client will never be right, despite having true and legitimate arguments. During the pandemic they charged me authorized fees and after June they charged up to three more months without having received any communication from them, claiming that according to their contract terms I have no right to receive any refund. It is unfortunate that for about $ 50 dollars they lose not only a client but also their reputation as a company.
They are very unprofessional. I wanted to cancel my membership but nobody responded to my mails and calls for months and now they want to charge me for every month!

I’m being overcharged and the Mangers Bianca will not get back to me! Naomi is Amazing and she should be. managers. I would stay with the gym if Naomi was a Manager!!
Terrible customer service 😱 the manager has no idea what the client means she is always right 😕
Customer service here is absolute garbage although the facilities are almost worth dealing with those people. View is decent though
