I paid for parking and the lot told me they close for the weekend and I would not.be able to get my car out the next day. Why would Parkwhiz allow me to put a set day and time if I wouldn't be able to retrieve my vehicle the next day. I was highly irritated and now I have to wait for my refund to be approved. I'll never book with Parkwhiz again.
Had to pay twice because my receipt did not show up on app.
ParkWhiz reserve parking for me at this garage, as the garage is closed on weekends. My vehicle was stuck in the garage. That was very unprofessional.
No problem getting in and finding a long term space. I wasn’t blocked in when I returned days later and the rate was very appealing. The hotel I stayed in was only two blocks away! I would definitely park here again. Clean, secure and monitored.
