ParkWhiz reserve parking for me at this garage, as the garage is closed on weekends. My vehicle was stuck in the garage. That was very unprofessional.
No problem getting in and finding a long term space. I wasn’t blocked in when I returned days later and the rate was very appealing. The hotel I stayed in was only two blocks away! I would definitely park here again. Clean, secure and monitored.
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. We pulled in yesterday and they told us that we would be able to pick up our car into the morning, TWO workers told us this. We get there in the morning and the worker says “are you going to park here today.” We looked at each hour confused, as we were walking in to get our car… what did he think we were going to park?
