It was awesome and so romantic. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and the animals. (They slept the whole time) lol. I'm going back for the winter they say christmas lights will be up.

Lincoln Park Zoo is my favorite place to visit. Always so enjoyable, it's one of the rare you can do for free in this city!* Very well maintained and clean. My boyfriend and I go on dates to the zoo regularly, either with friends or family and sometimes just us two! The animal exhibits are well kept and they seem to be well taken care of. Can't wait for fall fest and then zoo lights!
I actually love the zoo. I take my grandchildren all the time. We enjoy the day but since the parking is way to expensive we dont come as often as we have in the years. We have only been there twice this summer. Just too expensive to park
Beautiful zoo! I can't believe it's free! We really enjoyed the exhibits. It's very clean and the staff were friendly!
Beautiful zoo. Found parking by the "farm", so didn't come in main entrance...found employee with maps and that helped...that said, signage is needed throughout the park pointing you in the direction of the different exhibits. We were expecting a "petting zoo" inside the Children's Zoo , but there was none. :-( My small granddaughter loves to pet animals!
Such a great place for the family. Great to see such a wonderful zoo which has no charge. I hope it can continue on for the animals. The apes was so amusing today. Keep up the great work. We will be back😄
Omg fantastic place with excellent food ... didn't expect that!!
My only complaint is that you spend $4 for a bottle of water! It's free but they get you with high concession costs and expensive parking fees. Other than the we really enjoyed ourselves, although I didn't get to see the polar bear :(
