Keener Management’s practices make it nearly impossible for Section 8 voucher holders to secure housing. My mother, in her 60s, has been trying since June 2025 and has lost three apartments because Keener refuses to follow DC Housing Authority rules requiring units to be removed from the market once a voucher packet is submitted. Lived here for nearly three years and am very sad to leave. Wonderful management office, prompt repairs that are easy to schedule, great location, and one of the best rooftop views in the city. Highly recommend.
Awesome place to live! Management (especially Samara) is so helpful and responsive. Got my unit in amazingly clean condition and shape and any time I've needed maintenance they have come the same day and taken care of any issue beginning to end. The neighborhood is both gorgeous and walkable!

What had been planned to be a 2-years of living arrangement turned out to be 7 long years and I would never consider moving out if I had not purchased my own condo! Location is amazing, minutes walk to Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and Woodley Park, and even to Georgetown and Logan Circle. And super safe too, remember you are neighbor to Obama, so it is well-protected. Apartments are luxurious with inside unit washer/dryer.
