We have lived here for a year now, and are in the process of renewing our lease! We absolutely love it. The amenities are second to none in the area, and it is directly across the street from the Clark and Lake CTA station, which can connect you to basically anywhere in Chicago. The location is fantastic, you're right in the heart of downtown, and steps away from any kind of restaurant you can imagine!
This is the nicest apt building I have ever stayed in during my 10 years of business travel. I spend 1/3 of my entire year travelling and staying in the gamut of international hotel rentals, temporary apartment rentals and AIR B&B rentals. This building, from its location, to staff and luxurious accommodations, is definitely my favorite thus far. I lucked out in finding a building of this quality on a third -party travel website.
