Hicimos una reserva hace 4 meses para octubre que estaba confirmada y esta semana sin causa nos cancelan la reserva. Que curioso que en booking.com me comunican que han dejado de colaborar con estos apartamentos pero los siguen ofertando por el doble de precio las mismas fechas. First step to improvement, DON'T CANCEL RESERVATIONS FOR THE SAKE OF PROFIT! I had a three-night reservation coming up in September, and the company requested me to cancel the reservation. I informed them I was going to maintain the reservation and was curious why they needed to cancel as I was apt to cancel if it was a legitimate reason. While the door staff is great, I was very disappointed with how my lease renewal was handled. They attempted to raise my rent by 20% and I did not receive a response when I asked to speak to the property manager. I also had a bounced rent check due to timing of an automated payment that I reached out proactively to resolve and never heard back from the team. Oakwood 200’s staff has always been very accommodating and happy to help with learning what to do in the big city. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for guaranteed satisfaction with living arrangements and amenities.
