The recent management change was the best thing that could have happened here. The rental office staff are professional and extremely helpful. The maintenance team is phenomenal and any time I’ve had a service request, it is handled to my satisfaction. The other day my garbage disposal wasn’t working. I called the service request in and before I could get off the phone I already had an email confirming my maintenance request! Andrew, from the Maintenance crew came and fixed the issue in no time.
