People break in cars, steal parts off of your cars, personal belongings, management will act like they’re not accountable for your things and makes you accountable for all items even though your stuff is on they’re property, as a tenant they should accommodate what ever it is to make sure the tenants are happy and safe especially with all the money your paying to stay there, make sure your comfortable at home, this place is unsafe, they don’t have cameras or security and charge 80... read more

My one year anniversary is coming up in a few days. Moving to 200 Braehill was the best decision I've made. I have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The staff is always friendly, responsive and professional. I love the new improvements to the exterior, and the increased exposure on Facebook.
