Services we’re really really good
Was booked for appointment April 27, for a ninth year old senior. Got here to find place closed. Bad customer service, inconvenience as well as a waste of my time.
Eye doctor was horrible. He asked me why don't I wear glasses before he even tested my eyes. Horrible customer service, and products are overpriced. Overall very bad experience.
Made an appointment for (today) Saturday October 7th at 2:45pm, no one told me the doctor didn't show. Drove 1 hour from Courtice because I used to live in Scarborough and went to this place for more than 5 years. I wasted my time because once I arrived for my appointment the lady at the desk told me there is no appointment here.This place is very unorganized, inconsiderate and doesn't communicate with their own employees very well for something like this to happen in the first place.
