Purchased a necklace and charm here for $250. The chain and charm fell off my neck at work, not even two weeks later. Glad I noticed, or I could have lost the charm! When I contacted the jeweler that sold it to me, I was told “I have to be careful with it it’s fragile and he will fix it for free” and I’d go a few days w/o it.
