Middletown Medical is the best medical facility! I moved away and can't find any place like it that offers all services in one place and that has a heart for all the patients!
There was an unbelievably long wait. I was in there for nearly 3 hours, even though there were only a few people there. They drew blood and the woman that did it was unqualified. She ended up poking me multiple times with the needle. Then she pushed the needle in and out of my vein and it was very painful. The only good part of all this is that the nurse practitioner seemed to care about treating me. Otherwise it was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The physical therapists are the best. Very welcoming, caring and concerned. Would recommend to anyone.

This facility should be ashamed of the most unprofessional way in which its staff behaved on Friday, September 22,2017 at about 2PM. As an urgent need center they literally refused to help a woman in urgent need of a bathroom. It was obvious that this well dressed woman was not a vagrant and would not have otherwise been there if not for the desperation of her situation. She was told to immediately leave the premises and forced her to run to the nearby Shoprite to where she was barely able to reach without losing her dignity... read more
