Time to find a new physician. Appt on Monday, today is Wednesday and still no blood pressure meds sent to pharmacy. Out of meds since Sunday. They need to hire some new employees, the ones that are there are worthless. Several calls have been made daily and the situation was supposed to be addressed. Still out of meds, completely unacceptable.

Took my mom here yesterday for the first time. She was seen immediately with treating staff nicely polite, caring, relatable. I been seen here in the past and just love how thorough and friendly professionals are making the pain of illness bearable and manageable to feel better!!

When you come to urgent care you must be in some discomfort or pain so for me to see and hear healthcare staff laughing or on their cell phone constantly drinking coffee making jokes! You wonder if they really care about your care! Bathroom not cleaned you walk with your sample for everybody to see from waiting room to check in everybody sees what you carrying. Location of bathroom very awkward! Rooms are not cleaned between patient. I DID NOT SEE Handwashing! No Hippa no Privacy Everybody can see my arm being poked! I can h... read more
