This company is very shady. They prefer to only use text. Even when an issue has occurred they refuse to get on the phone. I was told my card would need to be on file but that it would not be charged until service was complete and later woke up to an attempted charge of the full amount of the service at 1:30am before service. Good thing I protect myself from these situations. They canceled the appointment since they could not secure the full amount of service before anyone walked into my home. after years of recommending this company to my clients to clean their homes before we list, I've finally decided to use them for my own home. I'm having surgery next week and I was just feeling overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning that I needed to get done and also wanted to set up a cleaning service for after my surgery.
