First summit bank atm is the wores atm in Latrobe pa area I can't take out the amount I asked for it says exceed the daily amount so I had to go to sunco to pull out little bit more money to get what I want but still says the same exceed the the dairy amount again well I think it's stupid how that is set up I have a death in my family and I can't take out what i want so this need to be fix asap
Problems After problems. Systems are always down or not updated . No one ever has answers as to why. One headache after another . Very irresponsible when it comes to someone else's money ☆
Worst bank I've ever dealt with, including many national banks. No care for the customer just cold blooded fees suckers. Definitely one expense lesson.
I've had horrible experiences here I'm leaving tomorrow they always have a problem with their systems and I can never use my money when I need it

1st Summit Bank seriously has the best customer service. I hated my old bank and switched a few months ago. Any time I have ever called, they are always so nice and pleasant, answer all of my questions and have made my transition seamless...with direct deposits, forms etc. (I am still switching things around and have called/stopped in several times in the last month or so) Just wanted to throw that out there because they deserve some acknowledgment for going the extra mile....which is super hard to come by these days.
