So far so good. Just bought a us truck at what seems to be a fair price. Tom was personable and easy to work with.
The dealer responded in a very good way. I did not make an offer due to the distance from my location
Would recommend to everyone. Tom is a nice guy, real person. No fluff straight shooter. Small family feel, multi generational business. Easy to work with and no a bs hard sell. The kinda guy you would see at your local fish fry or Sunday church. Vehicles are priced fair and he is easy to deal with. He will tell you what your getting and will back it up with paper work. A real hometown guy.
Salesman was great and easy to work with- bought the truck I was inquiring about
Waste of a trip. Was told the vehicle didn't have rust and it did. Was told they go off internet prices and then when I showed a cheaper internet price was told they refused to sell that low,even though the other truck had less miles,no rust and was an ESV. I felt like the owner was irritated by my presence from the beginning. I tried to joke with him and maybe he was just hard of hearing, but whatever,he lost a sell,thinking he will make up the money during tax time. I contacted 1st Quality through Car gurus first not knowing who had the car and went to the store to look at. I did buy the Mustang. It had a problem that was taken care of right away by the owner. Right now I am enjoying my car!
