Love the staff, esp. Ms. Anna/Ana. She’s like a fairy godmother who could do anything you request. If you have inspirations from google, she could make it even better.
The ONLY 1st Pro Nails to go to is the one on Buford Dr. Customer service is unmatched and quality of the work is amazing.
I booked an appointment on June 13th for July 13th at 10:00 AM, knowing I’d be out of the country for nearly a month and would need my nails done as soon as I returned. Unfortunately, when I showed up, they had no record of my appointment. I had a feeling something was off since I never received a confirmation, but I still hoped it was on their books.
