Working with this team to manage 24/7 care for my 92 year-old uncle was like being on a 7 day shift in an air traffic control tower with me in a tower 300 miles away. While the initial take off was a bit bumpy, through their responsiveness and desire to provide services, they helped assemble a team of caregivers to attend to my uncle's needs. Eric and his team at 1st Meridian are incredible. My 93 year old Dad was hospitalized and then discharged to a rehab facility after 10 days. He was having hallucinations and cognitive issues and we were terrified of leaving him alone at the facility overnight. Eric and 1st Meridian were able to provide an overnight aid on very short notice which gave us great peace of mind and gave us a much needed respite after spending a week of 12 hour days with my Dad at the hospital.
