My mom was on hospice and her caregiver was amazing. Her name was Leah, she was so kind, comforting and she constantly reassured me that her mom was in good hands. I had to write a review because I couldn’t be thankful enough for the wonderful experience I had with someone taking care of my mother till the end. I’m so grateful for this individual.

He asked thoughtful questions, explained every step clearly, and made sure my father felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such kindness. Jennifer C was one of the most difficult individuals I’ve encountered in this industry. Her communication came across as abrasive, condescending, and unprofessional, which made the experience extremely unpleasant. No patient should feel dismissed or uncomfortable when seeking care. Providing high-quality patient care requires both competence and compassion, and this interaction did not reflect those standards. As a result, I will not be returning and will be sharing my experience with others in my network.
