A couple friends of ours recommended 1st Inspections and we were so glad we took their recommendation. As first timers we had no idea of what to expect but Richard walked us through the entire process with patience and understanding. He even gave us some great tips on things to do to ensure the property stays in good shape. It is more than evident that Richard is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspection—we definitely will call him back next time we need one. 10/10
I absolutely recommend 1st Inspection Services! When scheduling our inspection, we called a few businesses, but 1st Inspection was the only one that didn't make us feel like they were trying to run up the cost with a million add-ons. We had a great experience with 1st Inspection Services. The inspector came today and did a fantastic job—very thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They answered all our questions without rushing us. The initial phone call with the owner was also excellent and really helped ease our concerns about the process. Highly recommend!
Paul Rochon and 1st Inspection Services were outstanding - and I do not use this word lightly for home services. From the start, the communication from Richard (a human who mans the phone lines) was great.
