Mike & I of 1st inspection just completed another thorough house inspection. This was the third time I've entrusted my house purchasing inspection with 1st inspection. I used 1st Inspection Services to do a normal home inspection + termites and was very pleased with their service. The home they inspected was on the west side of Cincinnati. Paul was the inspector and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Paul has given me reassurance that the property was everything I needed it to be. Price wise 1st is about middle of the road compared to other inspectors, but paying a bit more was well worth the money. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a home inspection.
