I've been coming to 1st Impression since 2010. I love Dr. Koob and her staff. What I really enjoy about the office is the diversity and the friendliness. You will feel like a part of the family at this office. I will always recommend Dr. Koob to anyone who is in need of dental care.
The best care from the doctor and staff. When shot is given it is never painful and that is hard to find. Excellent dentist....
I am always impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine care this office has done for my wife and I. I highly recommend others to come to this office because the staff truly care about their clients and don't push you into unneeded services. I have found an office that I will come to for years to come unless we move.
As always I had a great visit at 1st Impression Dentistry. The staff are very friendly and I love my dental hygienist Gabby. If you are looking for a dentist I would give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Very pleasant experience
As a patient of Dr. Koob's - I couldn't have asked for a better dentist or staff.. Though I only had contact with Holly, Gabby, and Dr. Koob - couldn't have asked for a better staff.. Holly is very knowledgeable about the insurance and tx plans (SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT SHE HAS HAD BEFORE - A HUGE IMPROVEMENT), Gabby for being on the best hygienist in the area, and Dr. Koob for being the great dentist she is. You can't go wrong at this office... It has improved for the best
I always have a good experience at 1st Impression Dentistry. I was referred by a friend and have been pleased each time I have gone there. I also notice that the same staff continues to work there which is a good sign of a good dentist office too.
