I visited 1st Family Dental on an emergency basis. I am a HUGE sissy when I go to the Dentist! My gag reflex is very sensitive. Everyone I encountered was very concerned and sensitive to my gag issue. I was very pleased with the care and cost. Office was very clean and all equipment was state of art. If you are looking for a Dental Practice, consider them.
Received exceptional careat 1st Family Dental in Mount Prospect. This was my first step and first extraction ever towards a 3 step process for an implant. The entire staff was informative, friendly and caring. The facility is modern, clean and calm. Thank you for making a difficult procedure not difficult at all.

They were prompt to make room for a major problem with one of my crowns with an infection. They did a root canal removal and will do an crown in a few months. Great job and service with a heart and smile!!!!

We had a wonderful 1st visit. The dental assistant was so sweet and thorough. The dentist was great. No overselling. Super clean. Beautiful lobby. Highly recommend.
