Hi, I was very happy with my experience. My first experience was about a year ago and honestly didn’t think I would ever go back. Ericka was very understanding of my frustration with my first visit and talked me into giving them another chance. Glad I did Stephanie and the doctor were both amazing. I've had an extremely positive experience with the team at first family dental in Mount Prospect. From the reception team to the dental assistants and mostly Dr. RIBA. This team is honest and helpful, I'm very happy with the service I received, and highly reccomend them.
