Service was very good. Everyone was very polite to me. The doctor and aids kept checking on me like: how do you feel? are you alright ? Are you ok and so on just so kind and friendly.
Miss. Rita is hands-down the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Her cleanings are always very thorough and gentle/ pain free. I always have a good experience every time I go there.. I would recommend first family Dental of Elgin to anyone I know.

I am from Aurora. Illinois, I move to Elgin, I needed a new dentist, I was nervous at first but I was glad I found this place, I would not go any other place at all, but will stay with them, they are a awesome place,
I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. The receptionists are very friendly and answered my questions. My hygienist was awesome - gentle but thorough. The new dentist was very pleasant and also answered my questions. I don’t have dental insurance and the fee was reasonable. Thank you!
They are truly the top of the best and make you feel so comfortable four thumbs up
Dr. Poles was a very nice gentleman! I am not a big fan of the dentist but Dr Poles and dental assistant Liliana did a great job in comforting me and making it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!
