Had a tooth emergency and they got me in the same day. First time here and the staff was very nice. The Dentist was also just as nice and very helpful

The service here is excellent. Everyone is professional, friendly and courteous. The front desk, dental assistants and dentists are all wonderful. I highly recommend 1st Family Dental of Elgin.
My crown fell off and my regular dentist couldn’t see me for a week. I called First Family Dental and they squeezed me in a day later and re-cemented my crown and I was in and out as a new patient within an hour. I am so thankful that they were able and willing to help me so quickly!
