RecommendedFriendly staff and really nice office. Adriana the treatment coordinator set me up with Invisalign. Can't wait for my Invisalign. Best dental experience by far. Highly recommend this place as they provide all dental needs in one place. I was able to have my teeth cleaned and get checked up by an orthodontist on the same day.

Though many say the staff is great and I must agree with it, they (or at least some of them) don’t do their job. I took my daughter there at age of 4 for the first check-up and was told all is good. 10 months later she turned up with 5 decayed teeth, 2 of them needing root canal and eventually an extraction. I visited several specialists that told me there is no way the teeth can decay this badly in 10 months. They told me nothing or didn’t even exam her teeth on a first visit. I was totally disappointed with this visit. After years at 1st Dental Aurora, I was expecting the same here in Addison. Finally got my records only to have another set of xrays taken, then told I have to make another appointment so the work can be done! Not a happy camper.
I've been coming here since I can remember and since then everyone here has done an amazing job with me. A shout out to everyone there who remember me as a kid, and to all the new people I've recently met. You are all great. You are all the reason I want to pursue a career in dental. I came all the way from Charlotte North Carolina for my dental work. Dr. Velano has been my dentist for 12 years and He is the BEST !!!! I highly recommend 1st Family Dental of Albany Park!!!
