Update: MG has moved on to EXP Realty, make sure you give him a call. I give him 5 stars, but do you research before working with anyone else. We loved working with MG. He looks out for you as if you’re his family. We were terrified looking at homes through virtual tours since we are out of state, but that quickly went away. He looked at the homes as if he was the buyer and pointed out the good and the bad. We highly recommend MG, he’s the best!
Tami was very informative, very cordial, nice, direct and knowledgeable. She gave great advice on things we can do to present the house in a way that would be appealing for perspective buyers. She answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She was the realtor that actually sold us the property and so we went back to her to sell our home because of the outstanding job because of the outstanding job she did when we purchase the home.
Tami is very conscientious and responsive. We felt she was advocating for us at all times and not pushing to just get a sale. She brings expertise as a knowledgeable contractor and can identify problems quickly and if they will be small or large fixes. Easy going to work with and low pressure. From the very beginning of starting to look at homes, and throughout the whole process of buying a home Tami was great! She was extremely honest with us and helped us find the house that suited us best. She never made us feel rushed, and made sure we understood the process.
