They were great at first, but then went downhill. After they finished the project, we noticed a spout needed to be fixed since it was not like that before the project. We contacted them several times, promised to come out, no show. Then I reached out to get the 2nd half of my bill and they said it would be emailed to me. Mike explained things about my job that 2 other Companies did not. It wasn't something I asked for but was extra info that made a difference to me and my job. From first phone call to finishing up of job his crew was very professional!! Highly recommend them!

I use 1st Class as a subcontractor once or twice a month. They always communicate well and any time there is a small concern they are quick to address it. Jason, Mike and the office staff are top notch.
