Can't say enough positives about 1st Choice Remodel ATL. Just finished up our second project. The first was in an unoccupied rental we got ready to sell (and the remodel / upgrades led to full list offer the first day). This one was in our home - with the five of us and two dogs - all peacefully coexisting during the project which finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Dell and his team helped us with a substantial remodel of our condo, including gutting and completely rebuilding our kitchen and bathroom, putting up new dry wall throughout, and restoring hardwood floors. To say that we were extremely nervous about the reno walking into it would be an understatement, but Dell and his team made us feel more comfortable with the process.
