Initially, in 2022, everything looked great (5 stars), and we trusted their word. However, by the third year, we decided to personally inspect the house and discovered several issues that appeared to have been addressed unprofessionally. I've had a great experience with 1st Choice Realty as a tenant. The process was easy once we found a home we love. The neighborhood is great quiet neighbors and friendly. First choice agents and staff are friendly. courteous and professional. They are great at responding to maintenance requests and fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend them to other tenants or home owners.
