Not a recommended experience. We entrusted them with a brand new house and kept receiving costly repairs. When we asked for a detailed breakdown of the bill to pay they refused to do so, asking us to find another property management company.

A not recommended experience, we put in their hands a brand new house and we kept receiving costly repairs, and when we asked for a breakdown of each expenses , they refused to do so, asking us to find another property management instead.

Initially, in 2022, everything looked great (5 stars), and we trusted their word. However, by the third year, we decided to personally inspect the house and discovered several issues that appeared to have been addressed unprofessionally. Unbeknownst to them, I work for the same business in another state. Despite paying for a professional service, we found that the work had not been completed as promised. I've had a great experience with 1st Choice Realty as a tenant. The process was easy once we found a home we love. The neighborhood is great quiet neighbors and friendly. First choice agents and staff are friendly. courteous and professional. They are great at responding to maintenance requests and fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend them to other tenants or home owners.
