It was a pleasure meeting the technician. He arrived on time and resolved the issue in under 30 minutes, which I truly appreciated. I was initially drawn to the quoted $59.00 service call, but was surprised when he quoted repair of $180.00 to replace two washers. While I value the technician’s professionalism and quick work, I must say the pricing was outrageous for two washers.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the plumber was knowledgeable and problem solved until he resolved the issue. He was kind and professional. He did a great job! No leak now😊

I had a problem my hot water wouldn’t shut off the water when turned off it was in need of instant repair. I called Robbie Watson from Ist Choice Plumbing and he was very quick to respond he arrived the next morning and fixed the problem . He had a repair kit with new valves and seals and handles and rebuilt everything. He was very friendly and professional and charged probably less than what another repair guy wanted. Worked very diligently, did a great job, took instructions well since I was in South Carolina and my sister was in Georgia. He took command of the situation at the big box store (where I purchased the w/h and did not accept the dented water heater they wanted to saddle him with, since I couldn't see it because I ordered it over the web from SC. Great attitude and as you can see did excellent work. Thanks Robby !!

Robbie did a great job. We had a water leak that we couldn’t find and he came out here found the leak and fixed it for us. He was very knowledgeable, again did a great job and was well priced. I will use him again and would recommend him.
