Very rude check in Stuff specially Susan, she treat you like you are a number, very cold personality and yells at her coworkers, she actually closed the windo on my face and sent me to the next window, I walked out of that place will never set foot there again, I was told by other patients she has done the same to them. Be ready to be treated very poorly if you run into her or her friend sitting next to her. Dr. Cazano is who I see and I am very happy with him. He listens. His staff is very slow about setting up referral appointments. They are very friendly and courteous.
My care is taken seriously by Ms Burdin, APRN, she goes above and beyond. Every visit I've had I'm welcomed by front office people with a smile and quickness to help. 1st Choice Healthcare, has a great atmosphere and is like family and all 6 clinics are ready to help you and your family!
