My care is taken seriously by Ms Burdin, APRN, she goes above and beyond. Every visit I've had I'm welcomed by front office people with a smile and quickness to help. 1st Choice Healthcare, has a great atmosphere and is like family and all 6 clinics are ready to help you and your family!
For colds or you know things like that they're perfectly fine. For anything serious I suggest you find another doctor. I literally had the very worst experience of my life with the nurse practitioner at this clinic two weeks ago. Then they call me saying I need certain testing set up. I called them back They have no idea what I'm talking about. I seen the nurse practitioner and her nurse is like well if you want to make her your PCP. My PCP is the doctor in this office! I have only been going there for maybe 6-mo.. In that time I have found their office & the people that work there VERY HELPFUL & KIND! Finally how AMAZING it is to have someone who will ask & more IMPORTANTLY listen. Since Dr Jackson retired I have not been able to find a Doctor who will spend time with you and listen.
