This review is long and thorough, but should answer any questions a prospective client might have. A little background: My mother was diagnosed with dementia about 18 months ago. She is 66 years old, single, low income, lives alone, and her only child (me) lives several hundred miles away. I visit frequently, but can't be there all the time. 1st Ally Home Health is a wonderful home care company. Staff is very easy to do business with and they're always available when the client needs them. The Director, Teniesha, took time out of her day to bring care packages to me and my mom during the pandemic and I will never forget how she always seems to go above and beyond the call of duty. I've been with this company for awhile and I will be for a long time to come. They've helped me raise money to pay my gas bill as well as make a general donation toward my bill. The owner also helped me apply for SAFHR rental assistance and my rent was paid up for three months. The owner is very kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I tell friends and family about 1st Ally all the time.
You sure got a good employee when you got Mary. She's the best we've ever had from any company! Hopefully she stays. Thank You!
